You may have a friend, a close family member, and or you may be going through the toughest time in your life and are suffering from anxiety and depression. It is something I take seriously, I also have many friends and family members that suffer from depression. Something must be really missing with society in terms of our emotions, self esteem, self image, and spiritual aspects that lead to fear and cause us anxiety.
